ResinArt, the originator of flexible trim mouldings is now the largest manufacturer of flexible moulding worldwide. DuraFlex is an exclusive product of ResinArt. Our web site's online catalog illustrates many of the most popular moulding styles which we have available, however, it is only a portion of those we offer. If you don't find the moulding profile you need for your curved moulding application, not to worry.... ResinArt makes custom flexible moulding orders a breeze.

We need one of two items to create your custom DuraFlex moulding profile. Either a 12 foot sample piece of wood profile we are to match OR a detailed profile drawing with dimensions. Radius graph There is an additional casting charge for each custom profile we create.

For 1/2 round windows or openings the measurement we need is the RADIUS and the width of the base of the opening. The radius is the distance between the mid-point of the base line and the edge of the 1/2 round opening.

Rise graph For arched door entries and other arched openings, we will need two measurements; WIDTH and RISE. The width is the widest distance at the base of the arch and the rise is the largest distance between the base and the top of the arch. To help calculate this, please use our online RADIUS CALCULATOR.

For Elliptical windows, please provide us with a template (paper templates are fine).
